The Nelson and Colne College Group is made up of three merged colleges; Nelson and Colne College, Accrington and Rossendale College and Lancashire Adult Learning. It is also sponsor to Pendle Education Trust.

We offer an outstanding range of A Levels, vocational courses, Apprenticeships and Higher Education provision and generations of families have benefited from an exceptional education at Nelson and Colne College. We pride ourselves on our individual approach learning, where students receive outstanding teaching and support, extensive extracurricular opportunities and fantastic facilities.
Accrington and Rossendale College is a hub for technical and professional skills delivery. With a recent multi-million pound investment, the College offers a relevant, impactful, high quality curriculum that responds to individual, regional and national needs.

Included within the redevelopment are brand new industry-standard Hair and Beauty salons, innovative study spaces, and a revamped specialist Learning Resource Centre. There are also dedicated Learner Services and Careers areas and a remodeled and modern student refectory.

With new approved funding Accrington and Rossendale College is set to see further developments over the next two years that will see a total redevelopment of the Hameldon building with new state-of-the-art construction and motor vehicle facilities, as we continue to bolster our technical skills offer.
Lancashire Adult Learning is the second largest adult community learning provider in the country and provides exceptional learning opportunities and support for individuals and organisations across Lancashire.

As an independent organisation, we play a crucial role in moving society forward, reaching out and helping people everywhere within our boundaries to move on and up in their lives.

Nelson and Colne College Group is proud to be the sponsor of Pendle Education Trust, which comprises of Castercliff Primary Academy, Pendle Primary Academy, Colne Primet Academy and West Craven High School. Through close collaboration with local partners and schools, PET strives to deliver an excellent education for children in Pendle and surrounding districts.
